Telephone conferencing is a convenient way for 3 or more people to participate together on the same call, a group call. Similiar to to telephone feature 3 way calling except you can have up to 18 people.

It is simple to use. All the participants call into our conference bridge number. You enter in your pre-assigned conference number, enter the access number (PIN), then you are connected to all the other people that are on the same call. Telephone conferencing uses any telephone, a PC or internet access is not required.

The conference bridge can be used for team meatings, church meetings, social/family meetings where the participants don't necessarily need to get together at the same location. When preparing for family reunions, trips, charity events, discuss team practice schedules, prayer and support groups, school group projects and much more.

Businesses use conference calls to meet with remote parties, both internally and outside of their company, client meetings or sales presentations, project meetings and updates, regular team meetings, training classes and communication to employees who work in different locations. Conference calling can cut travel costs and allow workers to be more productive by not having to go out-of-office for meetings.

This service is free for Mulberry Cooperative Telephone customers. Just call the office at 296-2885 to schedule the date and time of your conference call. We will reserve that time slot for your group and give you the conference number and PIN. You give the information to your participants. When the call is to begin, everyone calls into the bridge number to meet.
