*In 2025, Mulberry Telecommunications will hold two separate elections to fill four board seats at the annual meeting.
Election 1: 3 seats are available for 3-year terms. These will be existing incumbent seats.
Election 2: 1 seat is available on a 1-year term. This seat is to fill the remaining year for a board member who vacated the seat before the term expired.
Anyone who is running for a board seat will have to choose which election to participate in. A person will not be able to run for both elections.
Nominations are due between March 26th and April 4th, 2025. To be nominated, a person must come to the office at 116 S Glick St in Mulberry to meet with the CEO and drop off a resume, sign a Board Policy and Code of Conduct policy, and make a copy of a driver’s license.
